Why KoraPoint
The industry still runs on workarounds.
Commercial property is a business of long relationships and hard dates, run with tools that were never built for it.
-
Today: Deals live in spreadsheets, inboxes and one person's head.
One record for every deal
Terms, incentives, lessor works, parties, files and approval history together, so anyone on the team can pick it up.
-
Today: A generic CRM forces your leasing into someone else's stages.
A pipeline in your own words
Set your own stages, fields, page layouts and rules in Settings, and change them yourself when the business changes.
-
Today: A rent review or a bank guarantee date is missed, and it costs real money.
Critical dates that find you
Rent reviews, options to renew, bank guarantees and make-good dates sit on each lease and show on your Home page 90 days out.
-
Today: Approvals wait in someone's email while the tenant waits on you.
Approvals that keep moving
Step-by-step sign-off on the record, with reminders, delegation and escalation, and a history of who approved what.
-
Today: The forecast is rebuilt by hand each quarter from last quarter's spreadsheet.
A forecast that builds itself
Income, opex and net cashflow by unit and by month, drawn from live leases and the deals in your pipeline.
-
Today: Tenants report a fault by email and never hear what happened.
Requests with an owner and an end
A repair is reported in the building app, sent to a contractor and followed to done, and the tenant sees each step.
KoraPoint Connect
Every building gets its own app.
KoraPoint Connect is the tenant side of the platform. Occupiers get one app for visitors, repairs, bookings and news, under your building's own name, logo and colours.
- Your building's brand
- Its name, logo, accent colour, photos and welcome line.
- Your features, your names
- Switch features on or off, rename them and order the home screen.
- Email from the building
- Notices arrive from the building's own sender name and address.
- Nothing to install
- It opens in the browser on a phone or a desktop.

Solutions
Every kind of property, one platform.
A shop, a floor, a warehouse and an apartment building run differently. KoraPoint gives each kind of record its own fields, stages and page layout, with one view of the portfolio above them.

Office
Towers, campuses and business parks. Work whole floors and part floors from the stacking plan.

Retail
Shopping centres and precincts. Keep every shop, kiosk and pad site moving.

Industrial
Warehouses and logistics estates. Fewer, larger deals on long terms, with every date in view.

Residential
Apartment buildings and communities. One building app for visitors, bookings, notices and repairs.
Owners and landlords
One picture of pipeline, occupancy and expiry across every asset.
Leasing teams
Less retyping, faster approvals and nothing forgotten between inspection and lease.
Asset and building managers
Critical dates, tenants and the building community in the same place.
External agents
Give agents outside the business a profile that shows their own deals and nothing else.
Security and control
Your portfolio data, held to an institutional standard.
Lease terms are commercially sensitive. Each organisation's data is kept apart, every change is recorded and you decide who sees what.
Ask us about securitySeparated by organisation
Isolation is enforced twice: in the application, and by row-level security in the database.
Single sign-on and provisioning
OpenID Connect sign-on with providers such as Microsoft Entra, and SCIM user provisioning.
Multi-factor sign-in
Authenticator codes with recovery codes, optional or required for everyone.
Permissions down to the field
Profiles control objects, fields, properties and business lines, including hidden and read-only fields.
A full audit trail
Field history on records, and an append-only audit log you can stream to your own systems.
Session and network policy
Session length, idle time-out and IP allow-lists, set by your administrators.
Hosted in Australia
Run on AWS in Sydney, with encrypted connections throughout.
Your data stays yours
Export the whole organisation at any time, and restore deleted records from the recycle bin.

Questions
What property teams ask us first.
What is KoraPoint?
KoraPoint is a commercial real estate platform that brings leasing, finance and building operations together. It covers deal and lease management, forecasting, budgets and billing and, through KoraPoint Connect, visitor management, maintenance requests, tenant communication and amenity bookings.
Who is it for?
Owners, landlords, asset and building managers and leasing teams with office, retail, industrial or residential property, and the external agents who work with them.
Can we use our own deal stages?
Yes. KoraPoint does not ship a fixed pipeline. You set your own stages for each record type, along with its fields, page layouts and rules, in Settings.
Can we bring our existing data across?
Yes. Properties, units, accounts, contacts, leases, lease charges, rent review steps, leads, deals with their lines and parties, inspections and tasks can all be imported from spreadsheets, up to 10,000 rows at a time.
Which tools does it connect to?
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for email and calendar, DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign for signatures, Xero for invoices, and single sign-on with providers such as Microsoft Entra. There are also enquiry forms for your website, signed webhooks and an API for exports.
Where is our data kept?
KoraPoint runs on AWS in Sydney. Each organisation's data is separated in the application and again in the database, and you can export all of it at any time.
How is KoraPoint priced?
By the number of people using it and the modules you switch on, such as documents, dashboards, forecasting, billing and KoraPoint Connect. Book a demo and we will price it for your portfolio.
